      Pros

      Interesting lines of business, really good training program for entry level employees in the accounting program. Ability to move across business lines fairly easily - systems typically are the same.

      Cons

      Low salary, food service isn't exactly the most glamorous industry, headquarters is in Philadelphia next to the Gallery Mall -- even though it's Center City, it's pretty disgusting. Feel as if there are a lot of employees who don't give it their all/are just there to collect a paycheck

      Pros

      Excellent pay good benefits. Great networking opportunity. This job will teach you to become excellent at conflict resolution.

      Cons

      The work load is overwhelming. Not only is it a 50 hour per week delivery/service but add on sales and running back product and specials it's more like 55-60. Incredible amounts of time being spent on dealing with upset customers over increases and you spend most of your time tap dancing during customer cross examination than executing S.T.O.P. If you don't hit company guidelines on their loss and ruin charges it prompts an audit which requires you to dump out soiled bags of towels and linens which contain such reprehensible things from maggots to semen. All for somebody's bonus. Sadly the already mentioned is only the tip of the iceberg. I would only recommend this job to avoid bankruptcy or avoid foreclosure. If you can compartmentalize and check in your integrity at the door than by all means.

      Pros

      Employees and co workers were good people, hard workers and dedicated. Most have long standing tenures with ten or more years of service in the industry. Committed to excellent service and high standards of business in building good customer relationships.

      Cons

      Bought out several smaller companies over the past several years. Merging companies assets, employees, customer accounts, products and differing philosophies of business practices caused great confusion and frustration due to poor general management and oversight during major transitions
