There is no differentiation meaning a high performer and underperforming peers on the same team are awarded the same bonus amount. - In my experience, none of the senior leaders (Director level & above) that I've worked under have ever helped me establish goals, provided appropriate direction, or gave me any feedback even when I've asked. It's important to be comfortable with this. - There are few opportunities to grow beyond the manager level. Open Director and above roles are usually filled by boomerangs or external hires. When boomerangs return, it is at a level higher than when they left the company.
