Have company meetings where you are supposed to rah rah whatever the CEO says. Reminds me of the Yes Man movie. See people who are recently hired being fired and that includes the firing of long time employees.

Takes months to actually receive commissions on sales. Services offered are a hard sell in this economy No job security even if numbers are met Too many responsibilities are diverted to the lower ranking positions who then get blamed for forgetting or leaving something out. Chances are that if they are in one of those positions they are relatively new so on top of all of the information they have to absorb in a short amount of time they are expected to take all the weight from upper management while those guys do idk what all darn day other than complain.
