Aramark reviews

Unfortunately, I was part of an outsourcing deal in which my team were all absorbed by Aramark. The quality of work and life declined instantly for not just myself, but for the others that were on the team. They let hard working employees go, creating a constant short staffing issue, which caused those that were left to be overworked, over stressed, overtired, and left unable to work successfully for the client. Witnessed an employee get mistreated by the manager (the employee was overwhelmed and asking for guidance from the manager) and I joined the meeting when reported to HR, who literally did nothing after many complaints. The company does not believe in integrity even though they preach it. They will make things up to try to get rid of employees if they are threatened by them reporting what is happening. They do not support their employees at all. I was only sad to leave the client, but felt like a breath of fresh air not being with Aramark, even with loss of income. Management would have meetings with the team just to tell the team they are completely replaceable. What kind of management is that?
