Terrible work place

Pros

An on-campus meal card is nice

Cons

Terrible management went through four managers in three years. The upper manager was a tyrant, if you were not one of her favorites prepare to get yelled at and screamed at. Pay is way too low for the work we do and we are not allowed to take tips even when offered.

Pros

As a Food Service Director, you will need to be a jack of all trades. You will learn how to handle financials, operating a business and managing your staff. You will learn a lot and gain a lot of experience. There will always be opportunities to grow into new roles due to high turn over.

Cons

You will work long hours and handle multiple job duties. For the amount of job duties you are responsible for, will not match your compensation. Aramark likes to make managers work a mandatory ten hour shift.
