Pros

Eh... You could float by in a position with little effort.

Cons

They do not reward people for good work. The most anyone can get is a 2% raise per year. So someone starting at $15/hour might get up to $16/hour in a few years. Corporate is telling managers to cut hours, cut hours, cut hours. They are criticized if more than 40% of their employees are full time. I've been here for 3 years and haven't seen anyone get a promotion. They acquire extra jobs and duties but again... no raise... no praise. drama. drama. drama. And corporate doesn't do anything but cover it up. Say your manager, district manager, and several of their buddies (on the clock) get absolutely wasted drunk. They drive company vehicles around, use company machinery and cause a huge scene in front of your clients. Several employees call the "anonymous" HR line. The very next day the district manager chewed out these "anonymous" employees who called in the incident and fired them. Wow so much for an anonymous corporate hotline.
