Pros

Paid Time Off and Vacation (that they didn't want you to use).

Cons

Pretty much everything.. ESPECIALLY the micromanagement and INHUMANE computerization of routes. Turned good people, cold and hateful in a short amount of time. Turned human flesh into robotic mutants. And, if you "didn't like it.." nobody cared. Do as you are told or there's the door. I personally "aged" 600yrs.. 100years for each of my years there. Anything that faintly resembled the "human" side of my job evaporated as you were pretty much on a "meter" all day.. and tracked like a criminal (yes, even during "breaks/lunch.") And forget about taking a break, which I DID NOT have time for. I was grateful to force food down my throat at my so-called lunch. No time to actually "taste" it, of course.. Don't even bother applying with this company.

Pros

I feel I am a valuable member I feel I am fairly compensated for my performance I feel I have had, and continue to have, opportunities to grow and move up in the company

Cons

Nothing significant, this company is the best I have worked for, I've been here for almost 12 years.

Pros

It is an outside sales job and they have sales reps drive their own cars. They do not provide a company car. Likely because the turnover rate is so high. If you like your car than that is the only pro I can think of.

Cons

Aramark has an extremely high turnover rate in the Account Executive position. If you are looking for a position where you can grow within the company and feel secure in your job than Aramark is not the right company to work at. Management treats employees like they are disposable and you are in constant fear of losing your job. Management tells their employees that they should work over 40 hours a week and weekends, but they do not pay well. I do not know anyone that has been previously employed by Aramark that has anything good to say about the company. If you read any positive comments on here about working at Aramark I would guess that is a fake account. I would highly recommend not working at Aramark.
