Pros

The job was really wonderful and had flexible hours that worked well around my school schedule. There was also plenty of opportunites for advancement.

Cons

The pay was average but it was still a good job. No benefits, obviously

Pros

Benefits are good. Great insurance and 401K matching to 6 percent, vested after 2 yrs.

Cons

Long hours and ridiculous amounts of paperwork, online forms, etc. Corp policy is 90 percent with the guests/clients and 10 percent in the office, which is impossible. It really works out to about 50-50, which is sad. Instead of focusing on food quality and training of hourly associates, you are forced to "hole up" in the office to complete forms to prove you are doing your job.
