      Pros

      Not many pros. It's a good starting point for new Director but don't stay there long cause it will burn you out.

      Cons

      Unrealistic P&L goals. Stressful environment created by Area managers. Only focused on bottom line. FSD's not educated which leads to poor management and dangerous food handling procedures. Was maxed out on salary at hire and never given monthly bonus, which was promised at time of hire. Unethical business practices overlooked until it was to late(again only focused on bottom line till client complained) Definitely left a bad taste and would not work for them again.

      Cons

      Lied to during the hiring process and am not doing the job I was told or working the hours I was told. Moral is horrible, and the worst troublemakers face no consequences. Only people who complain the loudest are listened to because management is afraid of their employees. Good workers are nitpicked while people who flagrantly break the rules, steal and slack off are treated with kid gloves. I've illegally had time docked from my pay for lunches I didn't get to take while managers taking company vehicles on the clock to run personal errands are ignored. Almost everyone who has left has cited management as the biggest problem, but nothing is ever addressed. Oh, and the food is terrible.
