Pros

Good pay and for at least 3 days a week you have all the flexibility you need. No nights or weekends.

Cons

It's all about sales numbers. If you don't sell something, which must equal out to $100/rental per week you will not make it. The only chance you have of signing new business is if someone hates your competition and wants to go with someone else. Unfortunately, most do a good job of keeping their customers happy and/or under contract at all times. Customers contracts are usually in 3-5 year terms so if someone just renewed in the last year or two, forget about them. The real decision is to ask how long everyone has been on the sales team, who has been able to retire from a career in sales, what is the average tenure of a salesperson.
