      pros and cons of Aramark

      Pros

      benefits professional environment possibilities for future advancement for restaurant pros, regular work shielded from the economy good emphasis on food safety and sanitation.

      Cons

      the food is what it is If you are not already highly skilled, they are more interested in keeping you as a regular reliable cog in the machine instead of training you for the next position up--unless you really take in your hands and really push for it.

      Pros

      Co-workers were nice to get along with for the most part. Some of the customers were regulars so it was nice to catch up and chat with them.

      Cons

      The pay was not very good, at just a little above minimum wage. The amount of work compared to the amount of money you get was not good at all. There was a lot of work that needed to be done in a shift.

      Could be unprofessional at times, too many people knowing each other's business, hard to draw the line between personal time and business.
