Pros

Aramark provides good opportunities for growth either upward or latterally in other segments of the corporation, also senior management communicates well down the ladder.

Cons

mid level managers are not given opportunity to contribute ideas. As first line supervisors they are often the first to identify a problem but not given a chance to provide input in fixing it.

Pros

A world leader in the service business. There are several opportunities to cross sell with different divisions within the Aramark Corporation.

Cons

Very unrealistic business plan for the North east region of the country. Competition has many more feet on the street.

Pros

The corporation name is well-respected by general public. The compensation package is satisfactory if not a little above average.

Cons

Local Management is constantly changing which leads to a lot of problems. A fair amount of turnover with service team. When sales people are fired, the process is very whisper-whisper and those let-go have little or no warning. The process of sales team evaluation is not determined greatly on the service team and this can lead to unsatisfactory reviews.
