Met some great people, fuel card, car allowance, decent base salary (for an entry level position), good stepping stone to better sales jobs.
Cons
Top management doesn't care about anything but the bottom line. Service department at our market center was horrible, which affects our sales as account executives. There is no set process for installing new accounts (that is followed at least). I signed up a 10 man account and it took the service department 3 MONTHS to install it, even with me following up and trying to help out in any way I can...just ridiculous. Lots of unhappy customers, and frankly the competition just does it better. I also had 3 different sales managers during my 1.5 year tenure there. The commission structure is very poor, actually highway robbery at the lowest tier.
