Pros

Company has a lot of great people working here. The best part are the clients and customers we serve and the sense of purpose that you get from partnering with them to support their institutions. Whether It be serving food or managing facilities in K-12, Colleges & Universities, Stadiums, Hospitals, National Parks, or providing Uniform services - we're trusted to deliver during some of the most important moments in people's lives.

Cons

The company is currently going through quite a bit of transitions and have been doing so since going public again. The corporate "New Guard" is beginning to look a lot like the Pepsi (CEO previously executive prior to joining the company) "Farm System" as they now out number executives with other backgrounds. Granted they're all likely great people but, consumer goods and diversified services have more differences than similarities and it's evident in the way their trying to manage the business. Other than that, pay is average, benefits are outrageously expensive, and the working conditions are relative to the location and team you work with.

Pros

Nothing really, this is not a career for anyone who is serious about a sales future. You will be better off to go sell cars before considering Aramark!

Cons

Location is dangerously placed in one of Cleveland's worst neighborhoods, no structure, training is monotonous, goals are out of reach. There is little to no accountability which means you can not delivery a good service which means, you can not sell which means, you are not a true B2B sales rep.
