Aramark reviews

The company leadership is dreadful. Aramark has excellent branding and puts a great deal of time and effort into purporting an image of a great working environment. But the work experience is disappointing! No work/life balance, overpriced and insubstantial medical, dental, vision benefits, no 401k matching for hourly employees, slow professional growth opportunities, no effort at employee retention (employees are considered a dime a dozen and instantly dispensible). Active culture of employment discrimination based on age, disability, race, and sexual orientation.

I've thought about this for a while and it all boils down to, the fact that I felt like I was lying. I get like a used car salesman, selling a bag of goods. What I was trained to sell, is not what the service team is able to provide.
