Pros

Good pay. Lots of overtime possibilities. Excellent chances for advancement.

Cons

Days off are NOT guaranteed. Staff are over worked, and under appreciated. Staff is often given numerous tasks to complete in an unreasonably short amount of time. Schedules are often changed multiple times in a week.

Low morale? Check. Lack of values? Check. Favoritism? Check.

Pros

Health benefits are great, and working with suppliers has its usual perks.

Cons

You get thrown to the wolves from week one and the hours are ridiculous unless you're support staff. Cliques and favoritism run rampant while upper management either turns a blind eye, becomes a part of it, or is too inexperienced to do anything about it. Employee morale is non-existent and everyone is miserable from the bottom up.
