Pros

Had a Regional VP, last name Silverstein who listened, knows the Health Care business, demands quality and the following of systems

Cons

Programs are rolled out by individuals who have NO CONCEPT of Health Carbe business. Healt Care is treated like other food service businesses. Health Care experience senior mgmt desperately needed.

Pros

You have the potential to make 6 figures as a blue collar route salesman

Cons

Not a team environment. Production members are all lazy union workers and do not care about quality. Stock Room does a terrible job on completion of orders with same grade garments and often send to customer with out logos or emblems. Allied products are put quality. Mats are sent out to route men wet and smelly.

Pros

Pay was ok and company car/gas card

Cons

Everything else. I never felt more like a used car salesman. We were expected to lie to customers. You are held accoutable for everything, yet control nothing.
