Pros

Decent pay with great health insurance. Work at your own pace as long as time allows. A lot of opportunities to make extra commission.

Cons

The company has become beyond greedy since going public. Doling out 5-10 price increases a year to my customers, making them look elsewhere for our service. Which makes me lose money. And then the company comes down on you for not having the numbers that they expect. And they are always expecting more, more, more. There are a lot of other issues to deal with along the way such as product shortages, but we're still expected to charge the customers for product they didn't receive.

Pros

people that I worked with directly were the talented and smart.

Cons

Leadership. Talent Acquisition's leadership is a joke. They work hard to automate recruitment rather than change their process and foster relationships with candidates. "Leaders" are promoted into roles based on who they know rather than skill set. Favoritism runs rampant. "Leaders" rule by fear rather than collaboration and respect.

Pros

None but I need to hit the 5 word minimum.

Cons

Implementing corporate driven initiatives that are intended to make life easier and save money are doing the exact opposite. Company is limiting income and in some cases reducing starting pay. Corporate support does not actually support but adds work and is another level of cumbersome and ineffective direction. Corporate departments do not work in unison but actually conflict each other...often creating mass confusion. Moved from dedicated localized support to an undocumented, anonymous email support that often takes days to respond. Not to mention, there is no longer consideration given to client's needs. Training and on-boarding barely exists anymore.
