Pros

Hardworking people and great experience if your are interested in hospitality. Great to work with students on a university campus.

Cons

Upper management is detached from day to day and does not try to amend that. Lots of hoops to jump through when trying to get things done. Upward mobility is limited.

High Pay.....Long Hours

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Pay is high for managers. There's other perks that come from the company as well, like car allowances, and bonuses. The work is flexible with little oversight at times.

Cons

Your week will consist of at least 20 hours of conference calls and meetings. They bog you down with reporting requirements and needless follow-up work. The only way to get enough work done is to come in about 6:00am and work til about 6:00-7:00pm. Expect to put in extra time at home on the weekends.
