Pros

Amazing work life balance, the company culture and employees are very welcoming and friendly, lots of opportunities for growth and development and educational perks as well. Great place to start your career if you're looking to get into the insurance industry!

Cons

Great basic benefits including health, dental, & vision insurance as well as 401k match. Besides that, there aren't a lot of other employee perks that many companies are offering in today's corporate world. Compensation is also on the lower end.

Pros

Arbella Insurance provides a welcoming work environment with a diverse workforce. "The people" is a common answer I here when employees are asked why they stay here. I enjoy the hybrid schedule of in office and work from home. In my tenure here I have had Managers who care about my development. Due to the size of the company, there is plenty of room for advancement. In addition, working here allows for a nice work-life balance with generous benefits and paid vacation days. I have worked here for eleven years, held multiple different titles, and plan to continue to progress in my career here at Arbella.

Cons

Some with longer commutes may not enjoy needing to come into the office a few days a week, though that is an expectation coming in.
