      Pros

      Your peers are wonderful, helpful even though stressed beyond belief.

      Cons

      Management from each supervisor, branch manager, director to home office do not care. The company line is work life balance. However this is not factual. People are treated unfairly and when the corporate folks are advised nothing is done. The few protected people remain and continue to harass. It is very unpleasant and down right degrading.

      onsite gym, good cafeteria, opportunity to further my education.

      salary isn't really competitive and when you first start, the training is bad.
