Nice place to start out, teaches many of the basics of any other job, some promotion potential, stores usually have their colorful characters.

Cons

Not a great place to end up, it's essentially a dead-end job but the promotions done while there may show otherwise. The pay is not very good for the work performed either.

good growth inside the company, fair with the promotions. compared to other companies decent pay. good and bad manager like any company.

Cons

I personally don't like customer service jobs and the schedule of the fast food industry that would be the only bad thing i have to put up but that's expected
