Pros

Arby's is a better work environment than some other fast food restaurants. Maybe because we weren't as busy as McDonald's or Jack-in-the-box so we had more free-time

Cons

If you're not a manager, you barely even hit part-time. I had 4 hours in a week once. How are people supposed to support themselves and pay their bills with only 4 hours a week? Their attitude was "your rent isn't as much as ours so we need to get the most hours". Also, there is A LOT of older people who go to Arby's so be prepared to repeat yourself 1,000 times until you're heard

Pros

it's a job! Area managment does a great job making you feel important and recoginze the work you do and their faith in you. They are willing to admit you have a lot to deal with, and help where they can.

Cons

It's fast food management, which means long hours, long weeks and constantly being on call. Expecations in areas such as cleaninless are very inconistant. There are weeks that, if you do the math, you end up earning less per hr than your fry cooks because of the time you put in. responsible for the actions and attitudes of high schoolers/ the bottom feeders--so if they don't come in, get arrested, or ruin someones day, your still responsible for them. hard to attract and keep quailty employees due to pay. Due to speed demands, you really don't get a chance to get to know your guest.

Pros

It was fun atmosphere to work in. The people were really friendly and fun to be around, and the management treated everybody with respect.

Cons

Some customers were hard to deal with. Plus there's a lot of cleaning to be done while the lobby is still open, so sometimes customers would come in and dirty it all up again.
