Pros

When you're green to the fast food buisness it's a good place to advance quickly. Early on they are very encouraging.

Cons

After you have been with the company for a while they no longer notice things you do right it is always what you do wrong. They are not very good at working with people on being able to balance home life and work life to adequatly fit peoples schedules

easy job good food good pay if you negoiate it right arg is better than most franchised locations customers are usually nice

Cons

upper management dosent do thier job and area superviser gets mad if you make him look bad and thats all he cares about
