Pros

The pay, earned $8,000 in raises in one year! Benefits, health, dental, vision, life insurance available to all salaried management. Retirement (401 K) offered to everyone including crew members. Supervisor has an always there for you demeanor. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day both paid holidays for Salaried Management.

Cons

Something is always changing, can become stressfull. It seems like at times the focus is taken away from operations and put into paprework. Must cross your T's and dot your I's and at times I feel like that has beome more important than taking care of my customers. It feels like upper management sits at a desk all day trying to find things to give us to do without taking into consideration that we have customers, employees and vendors to take care of and restaurants to run.

Pros

Air conditioned work environment Customers are mostly polite old people Advancement as an employee can receive almost a dollar raise over first 3 months (must ask to do) GREAT first food job for highschool and college, for money on the side*

Cons

Management advancements are poorly done. I entered as management onto an 8 week track to get certified as a store manager and it has been over 3 months now and I am JUST getting to take my management test! I have also not recieve a key to the safe, rigister key card, or access name and passwords to management programs to develop any independence from other managers on shifts. District manager in SC only talks to General managers and is very rude. Will shake your hand and NEVER look you in the eye* Advancement is seniority leaning. BAD job for management training and advancement.
