      Pros

      If you like working in customer service, interacting with customers was the only good part about working for this company

      Cons

      They don't value the employees, it's all about numbers. At the location, I work at they wouldn't repair the air conditioner in the summer, but employees were still expected to perform their best. employees are offered no reward/benefits for their hard work

      Pros

      Really great co-workers, discounted food, steady scheduling and hours! Always something to do, so it keeps you busy! Plus the uniform is supplied and management is super supportive!

      Cons

      The working conditions were often stressful, as expected in a fast paced environment. Some customers were unkind and if you don't have thick skin, it can really affect your day.

      Pros

      Good culture and people company above the restaurant level. Sales have been growing steadily for several years now.

      Cons

      Team member pay is capped at uncompetitive numbers making staffing more difficult. Not enough labor hours allowed. Way too much couponing and free food. Little or no recognition for results.
