-Learning new areas -experience with working with people and customers

Cons

-Corporate -Management (just the higher ups in general) -Bad hours -Bad work environment -Negative coworkers -Can't call off on sick days or emergency unless you wanna get yelled at by management or corporate

Pros

The customers are always funny. Team members are a joy to be around.

Cons

No work/life balance. Store manager and other assistant are very very unprofessional. Not enough pay for the amount of work they expect. DM never give a positive feedback. Area Manager is arrogant.
