Pros

Just about all the hrs you can work

Cons

No respect for the employees, each location has a poor habit of making you feel as though nothing you do is good enough. This has caused severe staffing issues where no one stays long enough to learn any positions

Pros

Made some great friends, people i will keep in touch with and continue to hang out with once i leave. Good food discount when working or when being off.

Cons

You do not get paid for all of the things you are able to do, i was there for 3 and a half years and could do manager functions and was paid 25 cents more than people they would higher and leave in a month. Poor planning for things done in store during lunch/dinner rushes. They keep managers who do not do their job and ones who treat employees like they are children and disrespect and yell at them in front of customers and other employees. Over all this is not somewhere i enjoyed working other than the friendships i made.
