Great Company with a Few Growing Pains

- Work/life balance - People committed to getting stuff done! - SUPER outdoor culture - Great discounts - The people are just amazing - Climbing gym/normal gym - Flexible hours - Onsite manufacturing equipment and freedom to play with the materials - Amazing parties - Bike room/culture around biking - Open lay out and culture (you can walk up to anyone and chat) - Growing very fast! - Management are improving with every new hire

Cons

- Low-Mid level pay compared to industry average - Can be an odd divide between employees hired in certain time periods - Slow advancement - Career paths can be very unclear with little direction on how to evolve and grow if you are a motivated person (But if you push hard enough for long enough you can get there!) - Values quality and product, but less tangible values (Other then profit) are a little confused

Staff deals, staff events, good pay, great benefits. Lots of room for growth and expansion is rapid

Cons

When I left it was going from medium to large sized so there were policies favoring a small company but then there were some universal changes across the board that most people were not into.
