Best part of working for Arcteryx is extremely skilled and trustworthy senior management team and a culture that supports work-life balance

Worst part of working for Arcteryx is "growth-pain". Never enough resources to get the work done efficiently as the company is growing so fast.

- Vancouver is expensive, and the outdoor industry is notoriously cheap - Most of the older staff has no familiarity of business outside of Arc'teryx
