Pros

Arc'teryx attracts really great people, many of which who are outdoor or sport enthusiasts. It is great when the employees have the same or similar interests.

Cons

Arc'teryx is growing significantly which is great for opportunities but it has lost some of the things that had made it the best culture. It is still a good place to work however.
