Pros

Great staff, excellent employee purchase program, good location, on-site gym, pets at work

Cons

low salaries, steady increase in job pressure, quality is slipping, innovation is slipping, the core people who made the company what it is are leaving, focus is on short term profitability rather than long term success (aka going 'North Face'), Tyler is no longer President, becoming a cutthroat work environment, profits and production no longer stay in Canada

Pros

You will work with talented people that have a lot of experience and whom you will learn so much from. Flexible work schedule, self managed approach welcomed. A great set of resources to support design.

Cons

It is a bigger company now than in the past and the company is experiencing some major growing pains. A lot of major changes in the past few years that have resulted in a lot of new people and the loss of some long timers.
