Pros

Good discounts and access to climbing passes/ski season passes as well as other outdoor goods. The team you work with is on the smaller end but builds chemistry and camaraderie. Get to interact with people in the outdoors community often

Cons

Micromanagement and passive aggressiveness as well as lack of empathy and support from management. Often felt like you have to be "walking on eggshells" depending on the mood of the management. Will promise one thing but will end up doing another. Inconsistent hours provided unless you are a full time employee
