Great co-workers, lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Promotion opportunities if you're willing to put in the effort to earn them.

Cons

2020 was tough and COVID caused salary reductions. But nobody was laid off or furloughed and although it took some time, we were able to get full salaries back later in the year. They company is growing and maturing and some don't like that we're becoming more structured.

Pros

Working at ArcLight provided some of the best experience I've had in the Oracle HCM world and I couldn't think of a better group of people to work with then this team. From being able to work independently, to being in a very knowledgeable group environment, this is an ideal place to work if you are looking to expand your skills and put yourself to the challenge that the customer represents.

Cons

While a great company, there are some areas that are not as great. Sometimes, there can be long hours, and that's to be expected, but one of the repeated issues I have noticed was communication. It seemed to be best practice to send multiple e-mails on even minor subjects.
