Pros

The people are great to work with. The Partners and Management will listen to ideas from even the most junior in the company and if the idea is good it becomes part of the methodology. They are always concerned with what is going to make things better, more efficient, and ease of flow for the associates as well as the customer.

Cons

The hours are long and and at times very stressful, tools are not always readily available. The Benefits are alright not the best out there and the 401K is only open to you after 6 months of employment.
