Pros

- Established revenue-generating business model - Company BBQs

Cons

- Lack of innovation - Slow-moving, mid-sized company. Newer, smaller companies are more successful, in less time. - No career growth - Most development and production is off-shored to China - You can find comparable or better products for free

Pros

Good relationship between department employees and their direct managers. Ability to move horizontally within the company. Benefits package is very generous. Montly luncheons and weekly breakfasts make for good employee bonding. Reponsive HR department. CEO is extremely friendly and respectful towards employees. Business casual attire and good company culture where everyone seems to get along and like to have lunches together.

Cons

Some departments are not stable due to constant reshuffling/reorganizing of staff. Hopefully, they will work that out. Not much ethnic diversity. 90% of the demographic is Chinese. Few people are riding on a high horse. Departments are segregated and don't like to collaborate with one another. Customer service lines are always overflowing.
