The company has great technology and people. New blood in executive management are bringing some great ideas and energy to the company. Company is going through some really positive changes.

Cons

Some unsophisticated and outdated processes and weird regulations. Doesn't pay that well. Old Chinese culture means work/life balance could be better.

Very smart people, hardworking and dedicated, interesting, fun and useful products, every day is different

Cons

is a 20 word minimum in this space so I'm just going to fill up the space by saying that this is a good place to work! One drawback: the BART station is pretty far so you have to drive.
