Very toxic culture starts at the top

There are great people that work here. Managers and director level employees try hard to maintain status quo.

Cons

Corporate executives are sitting around getting rich by forcing people to work endless hours with little to no help. The CTO belittles and demeans other people in a very aggressive way. Management is forced to make due with very small budgets. No input is considered by the corporate execs because they have no idea what it takes to do the job. If you question the CTO you will be destroyed in front of your peers. He displays all of the characteristics of a major inferiority complex and the employees pay the price.

Autonomy and opportunities for ownership. A decent place to start and progress your career, but not the right place to settle. Decent work-life balance and flexibility Passionate colleagues Relatively flat, access to leadership

Cons

Duct tape, 'check box' approach to solutions. Company focuses on short-term shipping and immediate gains over building sustainable products that can scale Poor relationship between product and engineering -- less of a partnership and more of a constant negotiation Generally, leadership members are good individual contributors, but are not effective at empowering their teams, delegating, and helping them grow Striking lack of diversity -- from top to bottom level (even for the industry)
