Exciting company with excellent growth prospects

-Extremely friendly and relaxed culture (it's even a dog friendly office!) with smart co-workers -Ability to learn variety of consultant and technical skills quickly -Extremely transparent company -Initiative recognized and rewarded

Cons

-Career paths not extremely clear -Company not large enough to provide guaranteed job security -The base salary is competitive but bonus payments are often quite small compared to peer technical consulting firms.

- Management is good at communicating issues to the company and is open to feedback and suggestions - Entrepreneurial atmosphere where it is encouraged to take on self directed initiatives - Smart group of interesting people to work with

Cons

- Not a lot of cons to mention. Sometimes project work can become boring and you can be stuck in a specific role longer than desired.
