engineering team is a nightmare - high turnover rate

- Unlimited PTO and full remote - Decent comp

Cons

- Crazy tech debt. You will spend 80% of your time doing manual deployments, moving files, reviewing CSV files - Constant escalations due to understaffing - High turnover. People leaving after less than a year - Not stimulating. No opportunities for growth as an engineer - Silent layoffs + voluntary departures are not backfilled - Raises and bonuses are small (1-2%) across the board, regardless of performance - C-suite and VPs are condescending
