Great place to get a couple of years of experience and leave

Unlimited PTO Working with smart people Big name customers Pay generally higher than other similar positions

Cons

Pay might be higher, but the turnover is significant and burnout is building. The staffing model for accounts is extremely poor, and does not allow for growth. If you weren’t at the company 5+ years ago, good luck finding any path for career growth.

People seem nice, and pay is great, great place to get hands on experience, if you're new.

Cons

Their department heads are extremely disorganized, they have a high turn over rate, which is why they offer more pay. Literally the head of finance started one month and quit the next. Whole departments have left and had to be staffed again. It was crazy.
