Many resources and a lot of training. Very structured

If on a dedicated account, not much interaction with other employees to learn best practices, etc.

Was a good role, not over worked, but could be stressful if constantly looking for billable work. Best to be dedicated to a couple of clients.

Cons

Bonuses were not great and benefits a bit expensive.
