Constant recycling of management with each bringing in fresh levels of incompetence. No attention to people other than to push out to client sites Extremely poor morale. High turnover of staff. Either you leave voluntarily or stick around for the annual redundancy consultation. I pity poor graduates coming into this business. They will simply be fodder for the feast at the Partner table.
