      The company has a very cold and sterile ambiance.

      Cons

      The company is very large and continually looks to grow by purchasing other companies and is only interested in its growth and not necessarily the well being of the company it purchased.

      Pros

      Flexible hours when I'm actually in the office. Nice people to work with for the most part. The atmosphere is pretty professional, but comfortable.

      Cons

      Too much politics, too much travel, below average pay, and you've got to burn up your vacation time if you're sick... AKA no vacations or time off for months if you happen to get sick for a week. Very, very poorly managed projects. More than half the time, you will be 'on your own,' regardless of whether or not you're even familiar with the type of work you're involved in.
