En masse departure of top experienced talent continues unabated without anyone being replaced. Operational paralysis continues due to revolving door of marginal leaders put in positions not suited to their skill set or the level of maturity or business acumen required for such positions . Inwardly focused technical group leadership focused on internal politics, self promotion , and assuaging massive egos while talented and intelligent staff observe these poor behaviors .Constant yet ineffective messaging to staff not supported by reality , essentially placing staff in the awkward postition of having to justify the ongoing turmoil to the clients they serve . Quite an embarassment watching a once venerable Firm continue to implode in such a manner .
