1. One of the reasons for working here is the snack and soft drink shelf! Not only there are varieties of the snacks anyone can choose, but also you could tell our nice office manager whatever you like, and she would order for you! 2. Team here is very nice and welcome to communicate at any time for any topic and I have learnt different cultures and funny things from the diversity. 3. Team here are very serious about science, when I received training, my questions were addressed pretty well by the team member who trained me, both knowledgeable and easy to understand. Also, when we are having a meeting, my questions and comments are respected always even as a new member. 4. The first week for orientation, in the presentation from our CEO Rami, he emphasized that we are a company with no hierarchical structure. Indeed, it is my real feeling since first day I joined until now! 5. "No questions are too small and no problems are too big." said by Rami, team here collaborate and working organically all the time. They are willing to share what I know as far as possible and so am I. 6. In here, we have a flexible working style: we don't have a fixed working hour frame, nor the vacation per year as long as you communicate with colleagues and manager. In addition, the maternity vacation is extended to six months! 7. People office creating a relaxed environment by establishing a wide spectrum of activities like: mental health wellness, competition for the best working out team, other countries festivals and museums tours et. al. Cons
Since the company is growing fast, we have more and more team members. It would be until this Oct that we will move to a new building located in Rockville. So right now, we could only talk closely!
