      Pros

      I joined Arcellx after being at the same company for over 15 years. The transition was practically seamless. I feel at home here and that started literally during the interview process. The people who work at Arcellx are incredibly intelligent. Everyone is pulling in the same direction - no personal agendas. The culture drew me in immediately and it's clear that Arcellx cares for its employees well being. Our CEO takes inclusion, diversity, and gender equality very seriously. He lives the values of Arcellx and it's truly inspiring. The benefits are fantastic, we have tons of fun and the work we do saves lives. I couldn't hope for or dream of anything better

      Pros

      Inspiring, down-to-earth leadership, values-driven, fun and informal culture, brilliant colleagues, impactful technology, fast-paced and challenging. If you want a career-defining experience, come work at Arcellx!

      Cons

      The company is onsite and requires at least 4 days per week in the office. Some people might view that as a con. I enjoy being in the office and around colleagues again. Building relationship and solving problems is definitely easy and faster in person. There is a strong sense of camaraderie among the team and that is in large part due to being together onsite.
