There is always something to be improved. You are able to make changes to the process for improvement. Potential to grow because people keep leaving.

Cons

Lately it feels like the management has taken better care of some segments than others. If you want to reduce headcount remove the underperformers and distribute part of the salary to those who are doing a good job.
