Higher level of politics in document control department, toxic work culture in department, department head is responsible for worst work culture, although rest of all department is good.

Middling decent pay, only made "good" by having excellent profit sharing the past few years.

Cons

Environment, benefits, shift schedule, work life balance, management, and just about every other aspect of working there. The endless lip service to safety while barely keeping inside the law is infuriating.

Current GM is a misogynistic creep. Loves only the sound of his own voice, and to excert his authority. Knocked the whole work environment back to the stone age.
