      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Cleveland Works. The work was challenging but rewarding, my manager and co-workers were excellent, and the managers and employees I supported were great.

      Cons

      The last few months in the wake of COVID-19 were tough. But salaried layoffs were not communicated well.
